5 months and my 50" led broke down. Walmart can't help me at all, only gave me a phone #.

The call centre is in Philipine. They have no idea that Canada is not part of the US. They want to know which state is Canada in. Element refused to pay for the repair and wanted me to ship the TV to US for a refund (minus tax and the famous Ontario disposal fee).

The shipping charge costs more than the TV.

I will never ever buy another element. Even Dynex has better services.

This person wrote the review because of bad quality of element electronics tv from Element Electronics. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $450 and wants Element Electronics to offer any options to resolve the issue.
