The problem i over the air digital is different than what the cable companies use. You need a more expensive dual tuner TV, but still there is slight differences in encoding that may still cause issues,.

Need a remote control with numbers

All the numbers and other information on remote from use have been rubbed off and I don't know whether I'm going up or down what channel or any information at all I definitely need a new remote thank you

Tv was purchased a year and a half ago

I purchased Model ELEFW328-H on 11-30-19. Now my tv will not power on. I contacted my cable company and they ran a test which showed no errors. Today 8-23-21 I contacted Element Electronics and the rep had me unplug the tv and hold the power button in the back of the tv for 30 seconds, plug it back and try to power on tv. The tv still will not come on and she suggested I take it to a tv repair service, I hate to think I purchased a tv that only lasted for a year and a half and can only use the remote to power on and adjust the volume I can not use the remote to change channels.I guess if I had purchased the extended warranty Element Electronics would have helped me with the repairs.

Customer Service Sucks

I have been going back and forth with Element since 7/01/2021 about my 70 inch TV (e4sw7019rku-_rokutv_-_4k_-_smarttv_-_70in). This TV is less than 1 year old. The indicator light blinks but the TV doesn't come on. I have spoken to several reps about this matter and was promised a refund but I have yet to receive it... All they're doing is giving me the run around. Now I'm without my TV and still waiting on my reffund!! If I have to get the media and an attorney involve than so be it because this is the worst and I refuse to be robbed of my hard earned money!! All I've received from Element IS 18 EMAILS!! NO solutions.. The company that they told me to take my TV to no longer worked with Element concerning their electronics.. BUMMER

User's recommendation: Be very cautious when buying an Element Product.

This brand of tv only last less than 2 years. Not a good brand at all. Even if I buy a year of warranty it was over. And I wasn’t even compensated fir anything.

This brand doesnt last, not a good brand. I bought mine 2019 and it just stopped working. Resetting didnt do anything. They should have replaced it. Even if I bought warranty, they still wont replace it. Sooo disappointed.

Bought an Element Roku in November of 2019 but just opened it and set it u maybe 4 months ago. Screen flickers in and out and the is so dark I can barely see it. Now they're telling me I need the receipt from 2yrs ago. These people are no good just like their products

TV not showing picture

Arthur had me to do a power drain and that did not resolve the issue. He informed me that your TVs only last one year and mine is 2 years old. I will take it to a repair shop. I will no longer purchase your products.

User's recommendation: Do not buy their products. The technician told me the TVs are only designed to last 1 year, because they are cheaper. Spend your money on a better product. Pay more up front and have a that lasts 8-10 years. Ridiculous!

Same experience here.. Bought brand new in AZ, at first it was quirky but amazing picture for gaming and movies, 56 inch seemed good for the almost 400 I paid. Then.... The remote being bluetooth seems to work when and if it wants to, I have to keep pairing the sound...

My 70" Element TV screen is black, model # E4SW7019RKU

Had a repair company look at it, because customer service said it is 3 months out of warranty, the repair company said the back lights are bad. They could not find back lights for this TV. Can you fix my tv is my question, it is 15 moths old, or did I waste my money buying this? I have tried unplugging it and waiting and whatever else customer service suggested but nothing helped.
