Poor customer service
- - TV arrived with no remote; replacement remote took 2.5 weeks.

I bought a 65 inch television came with no remote took 2 1/2 weeks to get a remote and within three weeks the TV went black to get a hold of development and customer service took over five days to send video of what was wrong with my TV and what it was doing and they kept saying sending responses saying they could not open the video they could not do this they could not do that and then they tell you 10 to 14 days to refund your Purchase
Price and I still have not received it and it has been well over those amount of time and they dont wanna respond. They dont respond back to emails no longer and to contact them.
They just hang up on you.
Also, they do not allow any universal remote to work on their televisions. You have to call and get a actual remote from them only.

I am writing regarding my Element refrigerator, model number EATG18200W.
I recently contacted
your company directly and was informed that the replacement part required to repair this refrigerator
(the defrost heating element) is not available.
A refrigerator is expected to have a normal service life of approximately 1015 years. When a
manufacturer sells a major appliance but cannot supply essential replacement parts after only a few
years, the appliance becomes effectively unrepairable.
Under the Uniform Commercial Codes implied warranty of merchantability, products must be fit for
their ordinary purpose and reasonably durable for their expected lifespan.
A refrigerator that cannot
be repaired due to unavailable parts may not meet this standard.
Because your company confirmed that the necessary repair part is unavailable, I am requesting
that Element Electronics provide one of the following remedies: Supply the required replacement part so the refrigerator can be repaired Replace the refrigerator with a comparable unit Reimburse the reasonable cost of replacing the refrigerator
Please respond within 14 days of receipt of this letter with a proposed resolution. If the matter
cannot be resolved, I will consider filing a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer
Protection Division and pursuing recovery through Oregon Small Claims Court.
I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably and appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

This started on March 26, 2025. The Wi-Fi in my TV went bad.
They wanted me to wait 9 days to schedule a repair, which is unacceptable, so I told them no; I just wanted a refund, which they agreed to.
I mailed the TV by the shipping label they provided, and they received it. But I never got my refund; just getting the runaround is terrible!

Design of TV
- - The back connectors gap is only about 1.5 inches.
- - Connectors that are 2 inches or longer are hard to fit in that gap.
I would love to submit pictures where you guys have the connectors on the back where you connect stupidest design in the world why would you only leave an inch and a half Gap to put connectors in that are sometimes 2 in if not longer sometimes to put in before you're breaking your core trying to get him in there thank you for nothing many headaches many.
User's recommendation: If you have tiny hands you're fine if you have tiny plugs you're fine otherwise know that you're going to have to buy additional adapters and connectors to be able to hook up anything to this TV because there's really no space to put anything in the plugs they provided
