This started on March 26, 2025. The Wi-Fi in my TV went bad.
They wanted me to wait 9 days to schedule a repair, which is unacceptable, so I told them no; I just wanted a refund, which they agreed to.
I mailed the TV by the shipping label they provided, and they received it. But I never got my refund; just getting the runaround is terrible!
Preferred solution: Full refund

Dry stopped working
I put some pillows in the dry they was still a little wet and the dryer was working then stopped. Not it wont turn on.

Design of TV
I would love to submit pictures where you guys have the connectors on the back where you connect stupidest design in the world why would you only leave an inch and a half Gap to put connectors in that are sometimes 2 in if not longer sometimes to put in before you're breaking your core trying to get him in there thank you for nothing many headaches many.

Called several times, it was impossible to talk to someone at customer service. You'll be on hold for 10 or 15 minutes and then redirected to their voicemail, and then they'll never call you back. One of the worst customer services I've ever encountered.

Defective TV
Using my TV once it went blue and then it went black LED lights in the back of the TV blue out its a brand new TV and this is the issue in eight months. How do I send it back so you guys can fix it so I can have a TV that I pay for

All I can say is I am impressed with the service I have received from Arthur. First we had issues with Wifi, I sent an email request for assistance and the next morning Arthur responded with a trouble shooting routine.
We had already fixed that issue from internet searches. Then 2 days later there was an HDMI input issue on all 3 ports.
Arthur answered the chatt and we were off and running on troubleshooting. Arthur gave me a reboot routine that seemed to do the trick, I watching TV right now!
