Bought a 32" December 2015 for when My daughters visit and put it in their room. Less than a month later, and used two (2) week ends, had vertical color lines on right side of screen (daughters didn't tell Me).
Called for warranty after I had it 8 months - had to send pictures of TV, model and serial number, receipt and TV on showing the lines. Then they wanted Me to disposed of it at a recycling center and send them a picture of that receipt. No recycling center within an hour or more of Me. I don't get out much being a disabled Veteran and that would have been too much to handle.
So then they wanted pictures of it in a dumpster. Long story short, they finally approved a refund Sept 23 and I'm still waiting for that check 9 weeks later.
The excuse I get is they don't have any checks!?!?. Bet the employees are getting paid.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $150. The author is overall dissatisfied with Element Electronics and uploaded picture s. The most disappointing about element electronics tv from Element Electronics was poor customer service and tv made with poor qulity Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
