a year ago, while still under warranty, tv lost sound, called and was able to restore sound, a month ago, lost sound again, called, tried to reset, still no sound.customer service tells wife that tv is defective, we are out a 42 inch tv less than 2 years old.
never again will i buy element junk, wife bought vcr and 3 days after warranty was up and it went, why is junk like this being sold in the united states?should be shut down for ripping off the consumer and making themselves look like *** because of quality control, should be eradicated thank you, i said good day
