purchased tv in april of 2016 and started having problems in march of 2017. was told to pack very good and would have tv picked up 04/11/2017.

it was picked up and very well packed. called todayi 04/29/2017 and was told that tv had not arrived at their warehouse. first they say it will take up to 2weeks to let me know results of what they are going to do about my tv. now they tell me that it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to get results about their decision.

I will be without tv for about 2 and a half months!!!! this is really poor poor service. I have read many complaints against element. if they keep giving out this kind of service I don't see how they are making any money.

mayby they just to close their doors and quit producing such poor product. I hope wal mart drops their items from their shelves if they haven't already.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Element Electronics Pros: That they made an attempt but no results for resolving.

Element Electronics Cons: Customer service and warranty process and time for results.
