I received the Element 50" tv for Christmas.When it started having vertical and horizontal lines across the screen after 3 months I contacted their customer support.
They had me try a reset. When that didn't work they had me send a picture of the screen. I didn't get a reply so I called them back. They said that there was an internal crack and the warrantee was void.
I asked to speak with a manager I was told that none were available.
This is a substandard product and a company that won't stand behind it.This cheap product line is made for the poor and uniformed consumer that sees a big screen at a low price.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $300.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Does not stand behind product, Way they treat their customers.
