Have an issue with a brand new tv.Customer service is no help & do not care about customer satisfaction at all!
Do not buy from this company! Their suggestion is to unplug it & restart it. They have no training & are simply reading from a script in their best attempt at English. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold only to be told that the supervisor agreed with him & would not speak with me.
The company is sorry & their warranty is worthless!
Will never buy an Element product again!They will not be in business long with this type of service.
