My TV HDMI wouldn't work and I sent it back. They said it could take 2 weeks to resolve my issue so I bought another TV.

The next day the said my TV was shipped to me. I told them what I had done and asked them if I could send it back. It is now sitting in a closet, still in the box, awaiting an answer. It shouldn't take a week or more to answer but apparently it does.

this is not the way a business should be ran and it definitely is not the way to treat a customer that has jumped through all they're hoops and has done everything that has been asked of them. They can stick it as far as I'm concerned.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
