Did not help when initially contacted. Have been unable to connect with them a 2nd time.
Cannot get wifi or T Mobile hot spot to get the tv to get Netflix. Waiting for Element to get back with us takes too long and when they finally do call, we are immediately disconnected.
In order to have the mandated 100 words I am adding the following nonsense. Yes{{Redacted}}
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $125.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Don't worry---by the time you ever get thru to Element the telly will most likely break anyway, given the utter unreliability of their sets. Best to buy a name brand telly like Panasonic, not one like Element or HiSense.
