I bought my Element tv on black Friday at Target. 5 months later I have sound but no picture.

I was told they knew of this problem with the faulty panel and it can"t be fixed. They sold the tvs knowing this. They lowered the price to dump the 50 inch tvs. Now I have to buy all the packing materials and pay for shipping to get a refund, minus the cost of shipping and packing.!!!

I will never buy an Element product again. To add insult to injury my debt card was hacked also.

tHE tv WOULD NOT COME ON, CALLED N THEY SAID I WAS RESPONIBLE FOR SHIPPING IT BACK: U ONLY KNOW THIS AFTER U RECEIVE IT BECAUSE IT IS NOT DISCLOSED TO U ON-LINE, IT TOOK 20 DAYS TO GET A TV BACK N IT WAS CRACKED ON TOP. HAVE NOT EVEN SET TV UP TO WATCH IT YET! I am having the same problem. Piece of *** TV and they tell me to take it to Best Buy and pay to get it repaired!!!

This must be why I have never even heard of them. Lesson learned...

looks like the 2 people that replied to this comment are employees of Element Electronics. Who cares If he abbreviates his words or his spelling isn't completely accurate.

His point is the key concern here. Why would you 2 individuals even bother to visit this pissed consumer message log if you had no complaint with an Element Electronics product? I myself have been ripped off by this company. Defective Tv that I paid $350.00 for.

No replacement and No refund. Customer service for this company is a joke. So if you 2 individuals that made fun of this consumers comment have a complaint with this company then please express your frustration with a message about the company.

If your employees of Element Electronics then you better start job searching because your company isn't going to be in business for much longer. and if you are just on here because you have no life other that making fun of peoples spellings and abbreviations then I would like you to post your English Literature degrees so we can all see that your as smart as you think you are.

PS: Replacing "You" with "U", "and" with "n", and "are" with "r" makes you look like a complete ***. Don't sound stuff out, it doesn't always work.

I received a 32 inch Element Tv a few years ago. Recently, the tv input started moving on it's on across my tv screen to AV1, AV2, TV, Component, etc..

I called the satellite company to see if it was their issue and they stated that it may be a defect in the TV. I'm receiving on the blue screen, "No Signal". The Tv screen from day one has always been terrible.

Thank goodness, I didn't purchase this model and never will. Thanks for all the reviews, so that i know now, not to even bother contacting the manufacturer.

I think I am going through the same hassle!!! My element TV is less than 4 months old, and I can't get a reply from them after 4 days of calling!

My TV just quit working all together!! Had to go buy another TV! Only have one TV in the house!! I'm out $200.00 for this TV, and out over $250.00 for the new TV!!

I hope to have some answers soon!!

I don't want a refurbished TV either!! That's not what I purchased either!!!

I have a 42 inch element tv, that was working fine until i got a high definition box, called customer service for element and there telling me unless i cant find the receipt they cannot help me, I have paid 500 dollars for the tv whether i have the receipt or not some one should be able to help me, it is a cheap tv and i recommend any body not to buy this brand of tv it sucks waste of my money dont buy this tv if you have a high definition tv and with no help, also customer service sucks as well
