In first want to say that I love the TV itself.The TV stopped coming on.
I called the Warranty company first who directed me to the manufacturer. I sent skill the needed documents right away. I have been exchanging emails since 10/7. .
First it was the TV did not read correctly in the receipt. I cannot fix that. I had to get a copy of the sale from target corporate. Then it was the serial number I sent the numbers.
Now they don't have the TV in stock to send me another one. They want to reimburse the price paisd minus taxes. I paid a sale price for the TV and cannot find that TV, which is sulk sold in stores, for that price. I covered my end.
I bought the warranty. I should receive a replacement product comparable to the one I had.
They have to know that the TV is now now than what I paid them.They should replace the TV.
